Fadia

Lebanese/Palestinian Cuisine

Fadia was born in Lebanon, but as a teen, she moved to Germany and Switzerland, and now she lives in the UK. She loves teaching both Arabic and German foods, and she is especially looking forward to showing us how we can mix different spices and culture into special dishes.

She teaches cooking because she believes in the power of food to connect with other people and make others happy. Fadia is excited to show and teach us about new ingredients so that we can share the knowledge with our friends and families, and hopefully use them in our own cooking.

When she’s not cooking, she also enjoys sewing and giving back to the community through volunteering.

Her speciality dish is lamb kibbeh.
